New anti-inflammatory molecules

We wanted to share the latest important discovery regarding our thermal mud with you: thanks to an authoritative study published in the international scientific journal “Biomolecules” and conducted by the University of Padua and the Pietro d’Abano Thermal Studies Centre, new anti-inflammatory molecules have recently been discovered, further endorsing the beneficial effects of the spa therapies in the  Euganean basin.

Our DOC mature mud, the only one of its kind whose therapeutic properties have been acknowledged since Roman times, has a natural beneficial effect on our immune system, prompting a quick response when under attack from pathogens like infections and viruses
