he entire swimming pool area, featuring four thermal pools at different temperatures and a Kneipp path, is open daily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Hydromassage jets operate from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Guests receive a spa kit including a bathrobe and towel. Group gymnastic and aqua fitness sessions take place every morning from Monday to Saturday, and a yoga session is offered once a week. The 23 m² Finnish sauna with salt walls, Turkish bath, and emotional showers are available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The wellness package applies for the entire stay, including the departure day after check-out. Swimming caps are recommended.

Guests may enjoy complimentary half-day bike rentals, bocce courts, ping pong, a gym with Technogym equipment, a swimming pool with a diving board, and tennis courts (€4/hour). Tennis lessons can be arranged upon request. Thanks to our location at the foot of the Euganean Hills, many easy walking and hiking routes start directly from the hotel. Entertainment includes dance events, themed evenings, and aperitifs as listed in the program. We can also arrange bicycle rentals for the entire stay, guided excursions, and golf at nearby courses with special partner rates.

By appointment: anti-inflammatory mud treatments and thermal baths are available in the mornings from Monday to Saturday. Inhalation therapies are available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, Monday to Saturday. 
Thermal Treatment Policy: Treatments (mud applications, therapeutic baths, or a combination) may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 3 days before the start of the booked cycle. After this period, the full cost shall apply. Please inform us of your preferences in advance and we kindly ask you to be flexible with treatment times and therapist assignments so we can accommodate all guests.

This service is available with a prescription from your general practitioner on the official ASL form, specifying the medical condition, type of treatment, and number of sessions (e.g., a treatment cycle for osteoarthritis consisting of 12 mud applications and 12 therapeutic baths, or 12 therapeutic baths only; or for chronic bronchitis: 12 inhalation treatments and 12 aerosol sessions over 12 appointments). The statutory co-payment must be paid at the hotel. Prescriptions are valid for 60 days, covering the first and last treatment, including the medical exam. Bathrobes and massages booked alongside mud therapy are not included and are charged according to the spa price list.

We are dedicated to ensuring you receive the best possible care and experience during your stay. Individual treatments (physiotherapy, beauty, and wellness) may be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged in full, and late arrivals may reduce the duration of the treatment. All services are listed in the spa price list.

A dedicated play area in the pool park includes wooden play equipment, trampolines, and giant chess, plus a play corner near the restaurant. There is no separate children’s pool; children may use the main pools under parental supervision with flotation devices or armbands. Short bathing times are recommended for young children. Children are not allowed in the sauna or steam bath areas, which are designated clothing-free zones. For younger guests, cribs, high chairs, and child-appropriate tableware are provided. Our kitchen will gladly accommodate special menu requests whenever possible. Baby bottles can be warmed at the bar or breakfast room (7:30–10:00 AM). A refrigerator for milk storage is available 24 hours at the front desk.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome (€17/day). Upon arrival, a dog kit is provided (mat, towel, water bowl, snacks, waste bags). Dog food is not included. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, breakfast room, swimming pools, or therapy area. During warm months, dogs may stay in a designated garden area near the diving pool, subject to lifeguard approval. Owners are responsible for their pets and any damage caused.

Ample covered and uncovered parking is available free of charge, within the fenced rear area of the hotel. Parking is unmonitored and cannot be reserved. Gates close in the evening. Single garages are available for €4/day. Electric vehicle charging cards are provided at reception; guests are kindly requested to free up the parking space after charging.

The hotel is fully accessible. Please inform us of your disability when booking so that we may assign the most suitable room. All common areas, room floors, and the elevator (90 cm doors) are accessible. The pool area includes an accessible toilet. A pool lift and spa lift are available on request. Equipped rooms have 80 cm doors, wall-mounted sinks, grab bars, and optional raised toilet seats. Showers are walk-in with curtains. Two designated parking spaces are available.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from bus stops and 15 minutes from Montegrotto railway station. Private taxis from Montegrotto, Padua, Venice Marco Polo, or Treviso airports can be arranged. Costs vary by time and number of passengers. Please provide train or flight details for a personalized quote.

Special diets can be accommodated even without a dedicated menu. Our chef will prepare dishes according to your dietary requirements for lunch and dinner. Many daily menu options are suitable for gluten-intolerant and vegetarian guests.
