What is heat training?
Heat training involves exposing the body to high temperatures during exercise or in controlled hot environments, in order to trigger substantial physiological adaptations. This type of acclimatization – which can be active (during exercise) or passive (in hot environments or thermal water) – teaches the body to adapt better to heat and function more efficiently.
