BOOKING AND DEPOSITS You can pay the deposit for your stay with a bank transfer. These are our bank coordinates: Cassa di Risparmio del Veneto (Gruppo San Paolo), Montegrotto Terme branch: IBAN: IT11 L062 2562 6800 7400 8103 34H – BIC: IBSPIT2P
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT Your room will be ready for you at 2.00 pm on your day of arrival. The day you leave we ask you to kindly vacate the room by 11.00 am (but please feel free to use the hotel's other services until the afternoon).
GARAGE You can park your car in the car park behind the hotel. Should you prefer indoor garage parking our daily rate is €3.00.
DOGS Your four-legged friends are welcome in our hotel.
For obvious reasons they are not allowed access to the restaurant, pools or treatment areas. We charge €17.00 a day per dog.
BOOKING SPA TREATMENTS
Have you already had a look at our treatments? We recommend you book them before you arrive. If for any reason you change your mind, please let us know 24 hours beforehand or we regret that the full rate will be charged. link		 SPA KIT In your room you will find everything you need: colourful bathrobe and towel for the pool and white bathrobe for mud treatments.
WATER AND WELL-BEING AREA You can enjoy unlimited use of our five spa pools with different temperatures (a waterfall pool, three with hydromassage and exercise routine and one for diving. Exercise lessons are held in one of the pools from Monday to Friday). The spa grotto is open free of charge during the times indicated and on request (please ask for a price list) at other times. link
POOLS Please wear a swimming cap when you use our pools.
GYM Our fully Technogym-equipped gym is always open. From Monday to Friday you have free access to fitness courses and group gymnastics with exercises for the back.
BIKES You can ask for them at reception and use them free of charge for half a day. We also have bikes to hire for the length of your stay.
GOLF You can pay Green Fees for the most important local golf clubs at reception. link		 TENNIS We have 3 outdoor and 2 indoor courts, at a rate of €3.00 an hour. You can also book individual lessons with an instructor. link
NORDIC WALKING On request we organise guided walks in the hills.
APOLLO EVENTS Music, themed evenings, food and wine appointments: take a look at our calendar. link
MINIBUS Every day, except for Sunday afternoon, we offer a free minibus service to and from the town centre of Montegrotto (Piazza Roma) at these times: 10-11-12-17-18-19.
TRANSFER You can book our transfer service at reception to and from Venice and Treviso airports, advising us of arrival time, flight number and city of origin.
HALF BOARD This includes bed, breakfast and dinner and must be continuative and without interruptions. €3.50 less per day per person. If lunch is taken in the hotel, it will be subject to a surcharge. No other reductions are made for meals not taken.
